A special edition of the Spanish Jazz radio show Club de Jazz where we conducted a lengthy interview with Hafdís Bjarnadóttir.

Electric guitarist and composer Hafdís Bjarnadóttir was born in Reykjavik, Iceland on the 17th of August 1977. She is graduated in jazz guitar performance from the FÍH School of Music, Iceland, in 2002. In June 2009 she took her master’s degree in composition at the Royal Danish Academy of Music, Copenhagen. Hafdís's compositions are not easily defined. Her projects include, for example, a piece made entirely from financial charts from the Icelandic banks and she has published two CDs: Nú and Jæja.
